Is your bra size correct?
Follow this checklist to find out.
1. The bra should be firm and fairly tight, but not uncomfortably so, on the loosest setting when it’s new. The back strap can stretch as much as 4 inches with wear.
2. The central section between the two cups must lay flat on your chest.
3. Your breast should not ridge or bulge out of the cups, either from the top or sides.
4. The bra should not leave chafe marks or indents on your body.
5. In the case of underwired bras, the wire should not rest on your breast. It should instead be supported by your rib cage. |
